Infosys secures a 5-year contract with EV manufacturer clever Europe GmbH to transform the customer experience.

With a D2C sales approach, Infosys will assist clever Europe GmbH in selling EVs across 15 European nations and securing engagement across lead generation, prospect conversion, sales, and aftersales channels, complemented by end-to-end ownership and responsibility.

 

On October 26, IT services major Infosys announced a five-year agreement with electric vehicle (EV) maker smart Europe GmbH to transform their Direct-to-Customer (D2C) business model in Europe and provide enhanced customer experience, data-driven personalisation, and engagement for the existing smart model. This comes at a time when electric vehicles are gaining traction in the personal vehicle market.

The company will be responsible for improving the online EV purchasing experience and using cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to precisely estimate sales and aftersales demand under this new contract. This change will be aided by the company’s ability to consolidate automobile sales and e-commerce procedures and technologies.

With a D2C sales approach, company will assist clever Europe GmbH in selling EVs across 15 European nations and securing engagement across lead generation, prospect conversion, sales, and aftersales channels, complemented by end-to-end ownership and responsibility.
